The accommodation

Recently completely refurbished, Arjays at Coopers is a ground-floor apartment with three bedrooms, separate bathroom and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area

The lounge opens on to an enclosed garden - safe for children to play and with sea views.

It is equipped for, and comfortably sleeps, seven persons.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two singles and the third bedroom has three bunk beds and a cot.

The bathroom has a large shower and there is an automatic washing machine, iron, ironing board.

The open-plan lounge has a couch and armchairs, television with cable service and radio.

There is a gas heater although this is seldom needed.

The kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave oven, electric frying pan and fridge/freezer and is fully equipped for seven.

There is an outside gas barbeque.

All bed linen and blankets are supplied.

There is an outside shower which is handy after time on the beach.

There is plentiful hard standing for cars, boats and camper vans.

We regret that we do not allow smoking indoors and we are unable to accommodate pets.

The apartment accommodates up to seven persons.

Accommodation prices per night:

We are sorry, but we are fully booked through to the end of March 2012 and are unable to accept any bookings.

Booking Terms and Conditions Deposits: After we have advised you that Arjays at Coopers is available, during peak periods a deposit of the cost of one night's stay (or full payment) may be required. The deposit may be paid by NZ dollar cheque or by transfer to our bank account. We regret that we are unable to accept credit card payment.
Cancellation: As a small property, cancellations do heavily impact on us and if we are not able to replace cancelled bookings at short notice, any deposit will be forfeited. Any refund of deposit will be in New Zealand dollars. Balance of payment: The balance of payment may be paid on arrival by cash or NZ dollar cheque.
